Unit 2 is the self-contained wood clad barn attached to the main house. Bags of character, wooden ceiling and floors, log burner, spiral staircase, bathroom, kitchen and living room downstairs and open plan upstairs with window front and wonderful view. It will be available from April 2017.

The living room in the heart of the house is used as a communal space and has a biomass wood burner. The roof is equipped with solar panels and solar thermal. Yard for parking, small garden, polytunnel, great views, stunning walks, and beautiful, thriving village with amazing primary school.

We explore sustainable livelihoods, apply permaculture principles and enjoy sharing knowledge. Two of the founding members will stay at the property and look forward to welcoming new members.

We also have loanstock available for those looking for investment opportunities.

Anyone interested is to apply via email to Nina. Visits to the property will be arranged on an individual basis.
